Yadi Arifin moved to Canada from Singapore in the late 80s, and has been inviting the community to Fika since 2015! Fika is a Swedish verb and noun meaning “to go out for coffee” or “coffee break”. This speaks not just to the delicious beverages and snacks guests enjoy, but also to the friendships that grow over a warm cup and something sweet. Fika Café provides a cozy place in Toronto for people to break away from the ordinary, with exceptional coffees, teas, and house-made pastries served by one of their welcoming baristas.
